Refund and Returns Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days after tracking date shows delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee for new unused items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened.

By law, Thongs, G-strings, Teddies, Bras, Bikinis and other intimately products are not returnable.

Damaged in shipping must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.

Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

Images or video may be required for defective units.

To complete your return, please email customer service with your order number and the reason for return. An RMA will be assigned. Please input the RMA number on a copy of your invoice in the box when returning to insure a prompt refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually 3-5 business days. This can vary based company used to purchase product. A 50% restocking fee will be applied.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please allow 5 business days to pass before contacting [email protected].

For it’s the customers responsibility to cover the cost of shipping. Shipping insurance is suggested as we aren’t responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
